Well, he did say he and his wife WERE IT pros. :) Probably 50% of my customers used other "pros" before calling me. I even have customers that have used the only "Mac Authorized" repair center in town and were not happy with the results.
Bill Gates wanted a desktop computer in every home, which he got. Unfortunately, he didn't care whether or not any of them had a clue how to use them.
