I drive more than 100 miles a day and I'm all for stopping talking and texting while driving. I see so many idiots attempting to do this and they're all over the road. But, what is the difference between using a navigation app and a GPS? Sometimes people in government just don't think. Hmmm. Let's make that most of the time people in government just don't think.
