Dish actually made a deal with Bell ExpresVu in Canada to lock out any Canadian Bell subscriber who is watching Bell service in the US. I've yet to learn of any US Dish customer having been cut off because that customer was watching his Dish Service on the Canadian side of the border.

Apparently the receivers for the new satellite will be but not those of the original 2 satellites. The CRTC did say that satellite reception was to take place at the subscribers billing address and no where else but he couldn't give me a specific directive regarding that. We all, on both sides of the border, would find that a bit restrictive and makes no sense to RV'rs.
