I tried a friends receiver, but nothing. I can switch over to antenna and I have a picture with that. Just nothing on satellite
Did you try using the TV remote and cycling thru the HDMI inputs on the TV
Could be a stay infrared signal switched to a different HDMI and your TV is not on the HDMI cable from the sat box
Also could be a dead input on the TV or a bad HDMI cable
