We have used them for a couple years...both for phone/data and hotspot. I have no complaints. We went from Verizon to straight talk to TW, and unless you really need customer service, it is the best deal around. Their cs can be sketchy, so if you are not savvy, think again. For us....money in the bank. Thirty-five bucks a month for 5gb data, and then 10 bucks for another 5 gb that never expires. We have not had any issues. We do a byop, so we get the phones we like.
The wifi hotspot, which is free, is only 3-g, but hey....4g LTE for my phone all over the country.
