Using WIndows and Windows Explorer, plugging your cell into the USB of your computer, the phone should appear as an external hard drive. Just choose the directory with the pictures and move or copy them to your computer.
Or if your cell phone has a flashdrive with the pictures, just remove it and place it in your computer and transfer.
