Only drawback I know of is the keyboard, I am a touch typist and like a real keyboard.
NOTE I can plug a real keyboard into my Galaxy S-III and assume the same adapter would work with your pad, but there is only one port on my S-III (do not know about your pad) and I can not both supply power and the keyboard at the same time.
