Tucson requires a bit of skew but if your controller is showing *110, *101, *119 then the skew should be set properly. A visual inspection should allow you to tell if the dish seemed to be skewed properly. The most common problem is having the reflector itself damaged. Even a slight ding or warp can cause reception problems. If you have someone inside, you can power off the controller (push power and enter together so it does not stow....listed in the instructions as emergency power off) With the antenna pointed and powered off you can move the antenna gently left and right a tiny bit as well as move the skew....ever so gently....and have someone else watch the signal strength numbers on 99 or 103 (not the S versions) to see if any numbers come up. If you can't see any major changes in those numbers I would get a new LNB and start there.
