We have had good results with TT for over a decade. They make mistakes, but work hard to resolve them. Yes, they do like to upsell, and yes they do like to let you know about their other products - but I don't ding them for that, as all companies advertise while they have you:)!
We do online only, and have required Premier for us since day one. I do my MIL and BIL (Low Functioning 46 year old Down Syndrome), and my daughters taxes too. So work from the entry and Deluxe packages too.
In this day and age of hacking, my only real concern is having all our data stored on servers scattered wherever they might be. It is a risk.
Companies responses to mistakes, and how they step up to handle them - are what set good companies apart from poor ones. Sounds like Intuit may have fumbled on this one, eventually getting it right. But again, many years of good support and with good help when needed - so I'll keep working with them.
