TV channels using Roku?

Question

Well we are up and running with the Roku box. Mostly have a grip on NetFlix and Amazon Prime.

Question is. There seems to be a bunch of TV Channels available but thus far it appears that we have to search for the one we want. So is there something like a channel guide that is available that we do not know how to pull up?

There is. Go to roku.com. Also do a Google search.

Using the online guides to both official and unofficial Roku channels you can add those that interest you to you device.  Then you can explore them and decide if you are really interested.  You can easily remove the ones you don't want.
