Have 2 Panasonic's and a Samsung. Love 'em. Been trouble free. When I was looking for best set to buy, noticed at Sam's Club, most of the set's(any size) were Vizio. Then, tried to find out info about Vizio the company, seems it's run by someone buys the parts from whomever will supply them. and then assemblies them "somewhere". Look them up on Google search. Mystery outfit. From what I've figured out so far, using my experience from the auto industry QC/reliability days, they throw 'um together with whatever/however is cheapest. Charge enough to make up for the bad ones(3 out of 10)and make a profit.
Comparing the pics, side by side at Best Buy, with other brands, no contest. Gotta be reason they're always cheaper, including speakers,etc, than the competition.
