TV without satellite
Awhile back with your help we determined that my antenna was replaced with a satellite dish, so we don't get any TV as we don't have a satellite plan & don't travel enough to merit one. Now with that ...

Well as it turns out there are many ways to get TV that do not involve replacing the Batwing. Some might even be better than batwing (But a lot more work)
You can still buy good old fashion TV antennas designed for outdoor tower mounting, In fact I think Wiegard makes one or two or twenty.

These antennas can be mounted on top of a Telescoping Flag Pole...

The flag pole site also sells a 12 volt operated rotor.
The problem with these antennas is they are BIG, you need to fold them back up for transport.. I have done this with House type antennas but it's not an easy job.
