This CG doesn't seem to know anything about routers. So I would find it difficult to believe that they would change the default class C(24-bit) SubNet Mask, nor know anything about it? Can the OP post it here?
Some router firmware will restrict the number of available IPs by default. My Linksys will do this limiting to 50 assignable IPs starting @-.-.-.100, unless changed up to the max allowable based on the mask.
The working phone is being assigned an IP of 192.168.4.104, and non-working 192.168.4.129. That's not much difference? Considering it's a CG?
