I recently converted my fluorescent fixtures to LED using the following:

The listing on eBay claims 525 lumens which is greatly exaggerated. It also claims they are 2 watts which would mean that they are about 200 lumens. Four of these produced slightly less light than the two fluorescent tubes I replaced. The current dropped from 2.5 amps to 0.5 amp. These have a built in voltage regulator so they will work with a wide range of voltages. This also means that they could produce some RF interference which might affect TV reception. They do interfere with the VHF channels on my TV. UHF seems to be no problem.
