Unlimited wifi no contract and what happened to mobley?

So I'm thinking about my upcoming 5 months snowbirding and figured I'd better get my mobley before I go. What I've found is "out of stock"; $599 and $799 plus very limited data at AT&T. What the? ...

I'd like to use this at the campground. Of course, the key on my Ford E450 will be in the "off" position. I understand that the key needs to be in the accessory position for this to work. Any ideas how I can power this without running the battery down?
