Unlimited wifi no contract and what happened to mobley?

So I'm thinking about my upcoming 5 months snowbirding and figured I'd better get my mobley before I go. What I've found is "out of stock"; $599 and $799 plus very limited data at AT&T. What the? ...

do a search on ebay, amazon or thru google for mobley power adapters. you'll find OBD, USB and even 12-volt adapters. lots of options.
