Last May I bought a Mobley at Best Buy and set it up without any difficulty. My son uses it at his house using an adapter. Last August I tried to Order online at AT&T and never could get it to go through. I went to my local AT&T store, which is a corporate store, and ordered and set it up without difficulty. Just returned from 4 weeks on the road and couldn't be happier with its performance. At times my phone would say no service and it would still play music from Pandora (if it was already hooked through wifi before signal was reduced. ) Again I used an adapter which I powered through 12volt. Occasionally would have to unhook Mobley and let it reset itself. Have it set to never turn off.
