Is this update ok to do? My new iPad is telling me it's available.

Do not see any difference at all
Admin - DW put this update on her iPad a week or so ago, and hasn't complained about anything.
YMMV, but I haven't read about any problems on line.
Of course, always backup before updating, so that you can drop back in case of difficulty.
