And used This to hook to my tv audio out. I use my bluetooth headphones to listen to TV or music or my Bluetooth Soundlink speaker outside.
This might be the answer. On the rear of the Kenwood, I have 3 sets of audio outs available. I have front, rear; and sub woofer to choose from to plug the RCA Y-cable into. Which one would be the best to use and should this work? - strollinExplorerNo headphone jack that I could find in the manual.

No headphone jack?
I thought of suggesting a Bluetooth transmitter but I don't believe that Kenwood has any place to hook it into, even using the RCA plugs. - strollinExplorerI thought of suggesting a Bluetooth transmitter but I don't believe that Kenwood has any place to hook it into, even using the RCA plugs.

Have you read the manual? Kenwood DPX500BT
Section 14 covers using the Bluetooth. The receiver does support the A2DP profile (Advanced Audio Distribution) which is the profile that is needed for speakers but the manual unfortunately only addresses cell phones and Bluetooth audio sources, doesn't mention using the Bluetooth for audio output.
You would need the ability to select Bluetooth as the output instead of the attached speakers. Not sure you can do that.
