Using Skype on Verizon
I am new to Skype. When using Skype on my cell phone (Verizon) do I incur minutes and data charges or just minutes?

I travel to various locations instructing students how to use vintage machines. I am well versed in their use but if I get stuck on a issue I know who to contact for help (a live video of the problem is much better than a picture).
If the student has a problem after I leave, again a live video explains more than a photo and more than a YouTube video - aka helping in real time is better.
