Verizon Overbilling

Does anyone have a phone number I can get to a live person on Verizon phone.

I keep getting over-billed - when I try to call or go online to talk to someone, it won't allow me to do it unless I give a pin# which I don;t have - never set it up.

I go to the corporate store, and it tells me I can only do billing online or via phone - and I can't get in --- ripped out my last hair!!
  • hope you don't mind e posting so I have a reference for later
  • I have never had much luck calling them but I'm glad I have a Verizon store near me. Are they not everywhere?

    !!

If you never set your pin up, try the last 4 digits of your phone number. That used to be the default.
  • Thanks guys - will try again - still trying to save that last hair :)
  • A trick I use is to pretend that I only have an old fashioned rotary phone. Whenever I call and I just don't hit any buttons at all. This will get you to customer service also. Ignore the prompts and get a real person!
  • Trying to get through to a customer service agent can be very frustrating. When you have trouble with Verizon you will be going through so many prompts your head will spin. Want to cut through all that? Here's how to get a person on the line at Verizon.

    1. Dial... 1-800-922-0204

    2. When you are asked to enter your number, press "0".

    3. As the second set of questions starts, press "0" again.

    4. As the talking starts, again, press "6".

    5. And finally, at the next prompt, press "0".

    6. You should be sent on your way to a real live customer service person.
  • Did you try this number Customer service: 1 (800) 922-0204 got it from Google.

Edit: or this Speak to a Verizon representative. Call 866-267-9328
