Very disappointed at CW Chattanooga today

I think their 90 day policy is fair and is very much in line with other major retailers: Target, Home Depot, Kohl's, and Belk's to name just a few. It unreasonable to expect a retailer to accept returns for an extended length of time.
It's not hard for me to believe. We spend 6 months/year in our camper and travel up and down the east coast and some of the mid-west and avoid large cities like the plague. I am only able to get to a CW about once a year.
