I fully understand their return policy I guess I was just living in la-la land. I really like the little pan and would have enjoyed using it on our trip. I think perhaps the handle was cracked when I bought it but don't know for sure. In any event, we do avoid big cities and generally don't shop unless we are unhooked and set up somewhere. As it happened, there was no CW in any city where we stopped over. I don't have the box it came in, we don't have room to carry boxes around. Ah well, just another very small blimp on the wonderful road of RV-ing. Thanks for all your input. lizzie
