Video Calling ?
Wife and I each have a Samsung Galaxy S4...Verizon Want to set them up to Video call each other.. Any suggestions, help, advice or experience would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

It's been mentioned, But I'm not sure it's been clarified
Video calls are internet data calls
They do not use the cellular voice network
They use internet protocols and internet connections
This is why it will work from coffee shop Wi-Fi
But both parties have to be able to have and internet connection either cellular our Wi-Fi and have an active app and internet connection, data / internet access must be turned on
