Video Calling ?

Wife and I each have a Samsung Galaxy S4...Verizon

Want to set them up to Video call each other..
Any suggestions, help, advice or experience would be greatly appreciated.

    I found this online:
    For Android, you would have to get a third party app, like Skype or Google Hangouts. Hangouts is an Instant Messaging app that has a Video Call built in.
