My other computer is infected with the "FBI cybercrime virus. I tried Safe mode,it still comes up with the virus. HELP

If you are able to get to a Windows Desktop I would try running the following programs to be sure it's clean.
ComboFix
TDSKiller
Malewarebytes
SuperAntiSpyware
These are all free programs and you can search for them on google to pull the up.
