My other computer is infected with the "FBI cybercrime virus. I tried Safe mode,it still comes up with the virus. HELP

I would personally like to see the folks who send out virus programs sued into a lifetime of slavery.
Back when the first virus, and anti-virus, programs came out I often wondered if the anti-companies who were selling the Anti Viral software were also sending the viruses out,, One might say "Seeding the market".
Turns out one of them was.. No, sorry, no names will be mentioned as I can't afford the needed lawyers. Oh, same source tells me one of them would never do such a thing too. Likewise I won't mention that name either.
