Virus
My other computer is infected with the "FBI cybercrime virus. I tried Safe mode,it still comes up with the virus. HELP

Basically, never do a restore after cleaning up malware. Unless you know you are restoring to a date before you were infected. The wiser path is after you've corrected the issue, turn off/on System Restore to clear out old restore points.
