Vista was a turd right out of the box so if you managed to get one that worked dont mess with it. I would just wait for a new computer that already runs WIN 10 casue it will probably cost the same as just buying a stand alone OS for fresh install. Those minimum requirements are a joke too. That machine would be a slug to run and you will want to smash it after 10 minutes.
