We had a different problem with our Vizio TV this fall. Give them a call. We found their customer service to be very good. After a couple of emails back and forth where they made a few suggestions that didn't work, they suggested I call them, and they were able to diagnose the problem pretty quickly. It turned out it wasn't the TV after all, but a loose connection in the wall behind the cable plate.
