Voice to text may already be configured. On your laptop try clicking (Windows key plus the H key) to launch the speech recognition. If this does nothing then...
- Click on the windows icon (formerly the start button) on the lower left corner of the screen.
- Click on "settings" (the gear icon) on the left side of the screen.
- Click on "Time & Language".
- Click on "Speech" on the left side of the window.
- Under "Related Settings" scroll down to "Speech, inking & typing privacy".
- On the new page click on "Speech, inking & typing privacy".
- That should be it.
- Click (Windows key plus the H key) to launch the speech recognition.
