VZ Data

Verizon recently changed their pricing structures to allow small users more data, but on the middle-to-high end like me, I can't go from 15g to 16. I have to jump to 20gig for another $50.

I'm guessing that deal also restarted your 2 year contract? Wireless carriers place high value on having you under contract for as long as possible. There is currently a bit of a price war between carriers, which has been mostly focused around increased data allowances.

As carriers finally are able to keep up with ever increasing data demands, HOPEFULLY we'll see the pricing of data plans continue to fall.

Which device are you using? Is it the Jetpack® 4G LTE Mobile Hotspot MiFi® 5510L? I've been thinking of getting it and I probably will now that they appear to have doubled the data for the same price. I have another service besides Verizon and we're only allowed 1 gig of data per month when out of our home area which is at least half of the year.

Sorta doubt it as there are only two of us and we both already have smart phones. Can't figure why we would need more than one, so they're out of luck. Lol.

I average 10gb of data per month. I know some families consume less than 1gb for the entire family. Be sure your cloud services only sync over wifi.

I was hooked when I bought my first I phone and signed my first 2 yr contract with AT&T. Going with VZ and getting my data doubled the first month is like getting a bonus at work for doing what you got to do anyway.
