I bought at walmart and instead of paying verizon for 5gb 12 months a year when I only need 6 monthas a year, I now pay 40 dollars for 6 months as needed.
Used it mobile on the dash for 3 weeks and never missed a lick.
I think Walmart does have a 4g device now but Not on Verizon......I could be wrong(hope I am really) but the Verizon plan is 3g as you indicated.
