Walmart unlimited phone, text and web with PDANet

Has anyone tried using PDANet to tether a smart phone to your computer on the Walmart unlimited plan? Even though it doesn't sound likely that one would be able to tap into that unlimited data feat...

I can't speak about StraightTalk since I've never used it. However, on my Android phone on the Verizon network, I have an unlimited data plan. I tether my phone to my PC using PDANet as well as stream movies using Netflix. I've done this for years and have never been bothered by Verizon, even when in some months I have used as much as 18GB of data.
