There have been many personal "Weather Stations" on the market.
Let me see if I can find one like it...
OH, I have the apps on my phone too, still my six O'Clock alarm this morning was the Midland Alert Radio in my radio room going off.. Just so you know, the apps never made a peep.. Tornado about 10-20 miles distant. Same county I'm in.
Found two web pages relating to the company. These only give name and address, the 2nd one says "No longer in good standing and no longer registered" (I assume that means with the page host but it may mean the company is toast).
First link Second link
Here are a couple of PDF's that are for different, competiting devices, they may help PDF #1 PDF #2
My guess, Set the clock, set the altitude and it will attempt to "predict" fair or rain/snow based on barometic pressure.
you likely have a sensor or two (remote battery operated) somewhere outside the RV that send outside temps to the device as well.. Though you may have only one and the other built in.
Three sets of instructions on these sensors
Set one: REplace batteries in REMOTE then replace batteries on Display
Set two: Replace batteries on Display then replace batteries on Remote.
Set three: Replace batteries in remote press button on display (rare).
I still recommend a good Weather/all hazards Alert radio.
