Using the supplied test link, my T-Mobile 4G LTE speed comes in at a whopping 51 Mbps? :h
I would take this result with a grain of salt. May be fine for Netflix streaming, but not necessarily applicable to any other Net activities?
First, the test appears to be too short to accurately gauge overall transfer speeds? It's not uncommon that an initial reading will give burst result, then gradually drop to some sustained level. Plus, I have no idea what file size transfer is being tested? Many use an unrealistically small size which can also result in an artificially high speed?
I would consider this more realistic indication of my transfer speed at the time of testing. It uses different file sizes, which can be adjusted by the user.
