Website to Check Your Internet Speed
I came across this site recently and found it works very well in measuring your speed. It's also very easy to remember: www.fast.com Just thought I'd share it for general info.

It is what it is.
I often play videos on youtube on my iPad. If I notice excessive buffering or other indications of a signal strength problem I like to know what the cause is? I then contact my Internet provider and we get the problem resolved, using the website I mentioned to get some visual indication of improvement.
