What is easiest and best way to access TV on the road?

We will be setting off on a cross country trip this spring and would like suggestions on the easiest set-up for watching TV. We have one of those wing-things that attaches to the roof aerial and it do...

Roy Ken, in case you didn't know most stations across the country had already been broadcasting a digital signal for many years prior to 2011. The new law simply forced broadcasters to stop sending analog signals as well. Digital broadcasting has been around a long time, as well as HD programming. We bought our first antenna back in 2006 when we got our first HDTV.
