What is easiest and best way to access TV on the road?

We will be setting off on a cross country trip this spring and would like suggestions on the easiest set-up for watching TV. We have one of those wing-things that attaches to the roof aerial and it do...

If you are not getting anything on the TV from the antenna I would guess one of four things;
Your TV is an older analog TV,
You have not selected the correct input from the menu and done a correct scan for stations,
Your antenna booster is not on (switch located somewhere in the RV),
Bad or incorrect wiring.

There are places where over the air TV is not available. But if you are ever any where near a large city you should be able to get some channels.
