what is happening

We recently made a trip to our closest camping world to retool and restock our coach. To our dismay out of 12 items I needed they only had one, the shelves were bare. Why? Needless to say I put the one item back and just stopped and had a good lunch, pondering what is up?
When I got back to base I thought I would order on line.....uhhhh.
They declined my card not once but twice,,,,so I called camping world on hold for ten minutes, went through a couple rotations of this is message 1-whatever. Finally hung up. First time this has ever happened to me in both instances...what's up?
If we don't tell you, you won't know!

  • I sent a PM to Marcus' email on Saturday regarding this, and got a response from Elizabeth that someone would look into it, and get back to me. I haven't heard anything yet.

    Two two stores we visited were the same way.
    The employee at CW told me there inventory system has been down for " a long time."

    Doubt you will hear anything. So much for people, process, and product.
