what to do with (atieclxx.exe) - how to remove it ? ?

Download and install Malwarebytes (free). It does a very good job of finding and getting rid of junk.

Also... go to your control panel, and look at the list of installed programs. DON'T delete anything that you don't know what it is. Google it first. If it's garbage, un-install it.
