what to do with (atieclxx.exe) - how to remove it ? ?

If your motherboard has no ati onboard graphics and no ati graphics card but still have it running, then it could have a virus. Also it should be located in the Windows/System32 folder. If it is located somewhere else it could be a harmful program.

Just depends.
