What's with the Win7 updates?
I've had important updates listed on my one Win7 (virtual) machine every day since update Tuesday- updates Wednesday, Thursday and Friday- what's with that? I can hardly wait to boot my laptop in to...

Update Tuesday included 2 updates requiring a restart. On Tuesday if you did not go back and check "update" for the left-over update requiring a restart you most likely saw it on Wed. Three days included "Windows Defender", and a extra Windows update. Since I run both Norton and W.D. (no problem for a gaming lap-top), I see about 3 days per week of W.D. updates. Then again Norton updates 3 to 4 times each day.
While I never allow auto-updating I actually check every day at least once.
With all the hacking going on each day, anyone who does not down-load all updates is just asking for trouble.
