^^^^^^Pretty much spot on. Nobody that I know complains about how complicated Win 8/8.1 is, they complain because it makes nothing easier than Win 7. It's not complicated, it's annoying, because almost no changes on it were done for any real reason. Why do you have to move your mouse up or down to a corner to access a menu? What purpose does that serve? But it sure is different, which I guess is the purpose of the whole exercise.
