Which GPS Unit?
I may be interested in a GPS device, but don't own a smartphone. Can anyone recommend a stand-alone unit that doesn't require a smart phone? Thanks.

Garmin 2597 LMT... 2 plus years.. 5 inch screen.. very good unit. like $149.
owned 5 Magellan's.. before this.. do not get Magellan's
they do stand behind there warranty.. but 5 in 6 years.
and YES, never depend 100 percent on routing.. paper map for that.
check routing before departing ... and most will route you into the center of Cities...
