The Garmin RV 760 LMT has all you need. It has a 7" screen. You can choose between RV and car mode, you can put in your RV specs such as weight, height, lenght, you can save more than one RV settings. It also has life time maps updates, you can choose to avoid tolls, etc. also has a great listing of campgrounds, you can use the voice activation, lots of other features. You won't regret it. I know I haven't.
