Which is best for tv, Dish or Direct? 2. Thanks

We are part timers traveling in a travel trailer 5 6o 6 months each year. We would like to know if there are special plans with Dish or Direct where you can temporarily dc your monthly payment when not traveling. I saw such a plan several years ago. Thanks for any advice or assistance. Hope you all are enjoying good weather, good friends and good camping.

    I have dish. I have a spare sat dish that i got for free from a family member and then i just take my home DVR box with me in my camper.

    Check with dishformyrv.com. They have an RV plan where you can start/stop service on a monthly basis.
    I have Dish at home so I have the dishformyrv.com RV add-on to the home account for an extra $7/mo.
    Have had Dish for many years at home and 2 years in the RV and am very happy with both.
    Have never had direct so can't comment on it.

    With DirectTV you can use a receiver from your home in the RV. Maybe you can do the same with Dish. Why not agree to one service and carry the receiver box with you during the 5-6 month trip. One plan/one price
