Best Phone OS was WebOS but sadly it was discontinued. iOS and Android are slowly catching up to what WebOS could do several years ago.
I've tried both iOS and Android and prefer Android. I find iTunes a pain compared to Android alternatives for getting music to/from my phone. Others love it so its all subjective. Also love the wide selection in Android phones. Easier to find the phone that meets your needs.
Its hard to say which OS is better. They both accomplish the same thing so its a matter of preference. I now own a Galaxy S5 (had the S4) and both work very well.
