For me it is Midland WR300, ac and battery, SAME codes can be used and you can block certain alarms if you want. It works well for me. I have been sitting when it goes off about a severe storm, look out the window and bright and sunny, take a walk outside and look to the west and say 'Oh that doesnt look good'
