ok here goes can i hook up my smart tv three to a campground wi fi or do i need a booster or anything else please HELP

Sure, how effective it will be, even with a signal booster is subjective. A decent cell phone plan with lots of data could make this a better situation. Although we have a wonderful cell phone plan with abundant data we do lots of RVing where cell signal is weak or non existent, no worries as we always set up our satellite dish delivering all the same channels we have at home including locals.
